Reindeer Manor Park 29012011

What can I say about this investigation, other than WOW? We had been to Reindeer Manor once before, in August of last year. However, on this time around, we got ten times more activity than the first time we went. It seemed as soon as we stepped foot onto the property, activity started. It was simply awesome! So, how did it begin?
We started the night off with a tour of both buildings, because we had a few observers with us that had never been there before, some of which, had never investigated before. We were in the main house, doing the walk through. We reached the very back room, and reached the dead end (as shown in the photo above). So, everyone but myself, and one observer turned around, to go back. As the group got further away, so did the normal noises of footsteps, voices, and the sound of obvious movement. We were talking among ourselves, when suddenly, we both felt as if someone was looking at us from behind. I then turned around, and snapped the picture above, and of course, caught this awesome shadow person. As I quickly looked over the picture, both the observer and myself suddenly felt as if we were not wanted anywhere in the area. So, we decided to catch up with everyone. We turned around, and started to walk back towards the front of the house, when both of us heard at least two sets of footsteps following us, and of course, the feeling of someone watching us.
The rest of the main house tour completed with no major happenings, so we all decided to move to the old, and in very bad condition, slave quarters. Nothing major happened while we were there at that time, so, again, we decided to move forward with the tour. When we got to the barn, almost all of us could feel something. Almost as if whatever it was inside was expecting us. Nothing major happened there at that time, and we completed the walk through of all the structures we were allowed to investigate. We then gathered up the rest of our equipment, and decided to begin our investigation at the main house.
Myself, and two observers wanted to go into the back room to do an EVP session. We were not there but for about thirty minutes, when all three of us began to feel very uneasy. We all felt as if there were at least five different spirits suddenly surrounding us, telling us to get out. Finally, feeling threatened enough, it was in all of our best interest to leave, and get some air. We reached the front door, only to realize it had closed, and we could not get out. We called for the rest of the team to come help us, as we could not get it to open. It took two of the men in our group to get it open. So, was this paranormal? We took about five minutes trying to figure out what had closed the door, and why we could not get out. Upon further investigation of this, we all concluded that the slight wind had forced the door shut, and the padlock on the outside jammed in the crack, just hard enough to where the door would not open.
We were in different groups most of the night, trying to cover a wider area of the property. Our team's other founder, Jack, and one of the observers went into one part of the barn (it is divided into three parts). The observer came out, very frightened, and shaken. We all asked what had happened. She then showed me a picture she had just taken of her neck right before she left the barn. She had received three scratches on the side of her neck, which naturally, very much frightened her. We then decided to take a small break and let everyone catch their breath, and talk out our experiences, to try to debunk, if at all possible.
After a little time passed, we all rejoined each other in the barn, for a final EVP session. It was then that we learned that our investigators Jennifer and Robert had seen, what appeared to be, a flash light coming down the back part of the barn's stairs. They were asking if we were back there, but none of us were. I asked Jennifer to describe what she saw to us. She replied by saying that it looked like someone with a flash light was coming down the stairs, and then disappeared when it reached the bottom. For the remaining part of the investigation, we kept trying to get the spirit(s) to make the light reappear. Several of us did keep seeing lights, however, these were more like orbs than a flash light.
Evidence wise, we captured one very very good picture (the shadow person), and some very awesome EVP's as well.
With this being our second visit to Reindeer Manor, can I finally make a conclusion to whether it is haunted or not? Yes. And I can say with great confidence, that it is in fact, very haunted. Our team plans to go back, yet again, very soon, to try to capture more evidence to prove that the paranormal does in fact exist.
