Investigation Procedures
CONSULTATION:
We will either come to your home/business to conduct a simple interview, or conduct an interview over the phone. Which ever would be more comfortable and convenient for you! During this interview, you will be asked some basic questions about your family and your home/business, so that our team can get a little glance at what you are experiencing. This is so we know which way to approach the investigation.
INVESTIGATION:
Next, we will conduct the actual investigation. Depending on the situation, depends on how long the investigation will last. Please keep in mind that we will want to arrive at least an hour before the investigation time, so we can get all of our equipment set up and ready to go.
REVIEW PROCESS:
It will probably take about a week to review all of the footage we captured while at your home/business. Each member of our team will review each others work to make sure no one missed anything. This is to ensure that we give you our most accurate findings. It may also turn out that we did not find anything. If this is the case, we will either request a second investigation, or wrap it up at your request.
EVIDENCE CONSULTATION:
We will schedule a date and time with you, to make another visit to your home/business and show you our findings. After you see what we have captured, if you request, we will be able to bless and rid your home of the spirits. However, if you request, we will do a second investigation to try to capture more, if you need to know more about what is going on in your home/business.
BLESSING & SMUDGING:
The blessing and smudging of your home will take place after the evidence consultation, but only by request! Please keep in mind, if you request a smudging or blessing of your home, it might take a couple of those sessions to completely rid your home/business of the spirit(s). We have done these before, and it has worked the first time on each one we did. However, we will not promise it will be that way with you, if you do request it.
TWO WEEK FOLLOW-UP:
After a two week period after the evidence consultation, we will make a phone call asking you how everything has been. You might be asked some of the same questions during the consultation. This is to ensure that our job has been completed! Also, you will be given a number to call just in case things start up again, and you need our further assistance.
