Amanda has witnessed paranormal events since she was a child. She has always had the ability to be able to sense spirits, of all types, easily. Since living in a very active location in 2006, she has been wanting to reach out to people having experiences of their own, and to help those who have no where to turn. Her goal is to educate, research, and document as much as she possibly can.

Jack specializes in Demonic Energies with 15+ years of experience. He is able to very easily tune into different types of spirits, and easily communicate with them. Since hunting ghosts, beginning in 2007, he has been able to find answers and connect the dots with unclear history of people, and locations.

Krista Thompson Full - Time Investigator In - Training

Krista began experiencing paranormal events at an early age. In her teens she realized that not every saw or heard the spirits like she could, so she began researching everything she could on the subject. She began working as a High Priestess of Wicca in her twenties. This fit nicely with her Native American heritage and "sensitive" nature. She is an amateur genealogist and sees ghost hunting as another facet of this research. When she began to go on ghost hunts in earnest the spirits began speaking and showing her things about there lives and deaths. She will continue to sharpen her abilities and hunt ghosts!

John DeSteffano Full - Time Investigator

John became interested in the paranormal in about 1992 when he saw his father appear as a shadow person. The next experience was in 2002 he saw a full bodied apparition the lady who lived in his house prior to him living there. She died there. And then got interested in all of the TV shows and got hooked. John is a retired Firefighter, Paramedic, and Arson Investigator.

Tanya has experienced the paranormal all her life. She has been touched, had sensitive, emotional and physical reactions to the energy around her and has had multiple visual encounters. She is a HAZMAT responder and CPR instructor as well as an ex firefighter and EMT. She is excited to be part of G.P.S. and to be able to work with like minded people in investigating the unknown and helping others.

Greg and Shelly Burris Full - Time Investigators In - Training
About 2 years ago, Greg received a book from his sister titled “Texas’ Most Haunted Places”. Upon reading, he noticed there was a location in Gainesville, TX, where we live. We checked into it and found the Hill House Manor meetup group and immediately signed up. They were so excited to be able to investigate a haunted house, they couldn’t sleep. After that investigation, they were hooked. They have met so many wonderful friends in their new hobby.
Their interest piqued when Greg and Shelly were dating and he lived in a house he believed to be haunted. His experiences involved footsteps in the attic, lots of sounds and banging on the walls. After that, the paranormal has always been an interest that was hanging in the back of their minds, and now their hobby is in full swing.
They've been eager to find many new places to investigate and recently had the pleasure of investigating with Jack and Amanda on several occasions. They’ve welcomed us into their team and they're very excited for future investigations.
